How the rise of social media impact contemporary politics (A3)

The topic I chose in this audio is how the rise of social media impact contemporary politics. I have two main ideas on this topic. The first because of the rise of social media, I think politics says has become openly liberal. Secondly, It is precisely because of excessive democratization that the Internet ‘s influence on news reporting undermines here stability.

I mainly carry out my theme through the influence of social media on contemporary politics, mainly looking for examples around democracy, freedom and fake news. I also used Facebook as an example to get my point across.I have read a lot of reports and read a lot of news, but sometimes I find that a lot of news reports are in fact intended to make people think that what they see is true, but the problem is that there are still a lot of people digging for the truth behind it, maybe the media is one of them.So I think facebook is a very good place for my topic, and I get a lot of information from facebook, because I’m a regular user, so I know it relatively well. Secondly, I derived my final ideas and conclusions from various scholars on the Internet. As a result, I found that publishing gossip on social media has a great impact on society or politics, because gossip can dig into a lot of deep information. Similarly, for example, on social media, a read of a report went up, and people’s attention has increased. This influence is particularly large, and the middleman is social media.

Contemporary public opinion is almost a game that depends on which side you support. When the other side has a large number of people, you need to stand on the side with a lot of people. So it may also be because of the relationship between the majority of the population and social media, which has an impact on politics.Secondly, for example, the issue of democracy and freedom can be well publicized through social media. Democratic voting is probably like this. Many politicians will get support through popular votes. I may say Facebook For example, if you follow a politician, you can be a politician, such as a celebrity. The dynamic masses they usually send on social networks will be affected every day, because everyone ’s ideas are different, and the dynamics of celebrities may change your future thoughts. This is what they want to get people First step of support. Such as what i said in the audio This is an era of free speech. The media can expose and report the scandals of politicians freely. Politicians can also publicize and obtain support through the media. Therefore, in the 21st century when media technology is constantly updated and improved, his influence on politics is also great.

When I created this theme, I also encountered many difficulties, such as in the aspect of music. When using music, I did not know whether the music could be used or whether I would infringe the copyright of others, which was very important.Because there is a lot of music that is not available, this involves copyright issues. And this time the task is not to write an essay as usual, it requires my exact expression, so I also need to pay great attention when using other people’s expressions. For example, when I use a reference, I do n’t say the title or the author. It ’s just too tedious. But I have to say the author and his thoughts, and finally connect my thoughts. This problem bothers me very much.
